Nortek SA (Pty) Ltd is a South African private holding company headquartered in Pretoria, Gauteng. We serve as the central holding entity for a group of specialist operating companies spanning commercial software, hardware engineering, traffic enforcement technology, and financial systems.
Nortek SA is not a direct-to-market entity. Our role is to hold intellectual property, assets, and equity across the group — providing structural strength, strategic governance, and capital continuity to each subsidiary. We build quietly, intentionally, and for the long term.

Develops, sells, rents, and services law enforcement technology including speed cameras, intersection enforcement, ANPR systems, parking solutions, and integrated IoT enforcement infrastructure.
Specialised algorithmic trading development focused on MQL4/MT4 Expert Advisor systems for automated forex and financial instrument trading strategies.
